CNC Machining Service
With a precision numerical control machining method, CNC rapid prototyping can process raw materials to produce parts that meet customers’ requirements. CNC prototype has good surface quality, especially when complete surface painting and silk-screening, a CNC prototype is even more beautiful than plastic injection products.
Vacuum Casting Service
Vacuum Casting, also known as Silicone molding, refers to the process of creating silicone molds under vacuum using an existing prototype. Pour the PU, ABS, or POM material and then clone the same product. The technology can be applied to change the material of a product prototype, and rubber coating. Under normal circumstances, the service life of the silicone mold is 15-20 times.
